Job summary

SIRE LIFE SCIENCES in Breda, Netherlands is looking for a Senior Technical Operator to ensure efficient production processes in a GMP-regulated environment. You will act as a technical expert on the production floor, supporting troubleshooting and process improvements across automated manufacturing lines.

Ideal candidates have MBO+ education, experience in automated production, and strong troubleshooting skills. This position offers opportunities within a high-automation setting with a 3-shift rotation.

Qualifications

• Experience within automated manufacturing or production environments.
• Familiarity with SAP and/or MES systems.
• Experience as SME, senior operator, or technical lead is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor automated production equipment.
• Perform line set‑ups, changeovers, cleaning, and clearances.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
