Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in operations research, mathematics, computer science, physics, engineering or equivalent quantitative subject.
• At least two examples in the last ten years, three years combined, of military operations research or operational analysis.

Responsibilities

• Perform course of action analysis using operations research methods for capability development.
• Plan and run research to assess operational effectiveness and cost-effectiveness.
• Engage research entities and industry to measure impact of alternatives.
• Support information requests and surveys to nations, NGOs, and industry.
• Analyze risks and propose management strategies.
• Review cost and schedule estimates for quality and evidence.
