Qualifications

• A degree holder; MBA advantageous.
• 10-15 years in business analysis, product management or junior product ownership roles.
• Experience in private banking or financial services with digital trading platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product backlog for the online trading platform.
• Refine and prioritize user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Translate complex trading requirements into actionable tasks for IT teams.
• Lead sprint planning, grooming sessions and go-live activities.
• Monitor feature usage and drive continuous product improvements.
