Job summary

A2G Consulting BV (A2G Technologies) is seeking a Senior Network & Security Engineer to join a highly skilled team responsible for implementing and operating security platforms that defend against advanced threats. The role is hands-on and spans security engineering, network architecture, automation, operations, and governance.

You will design TLS/SSL inspection, deploy ATP, and engineer enterprise-scale security environments while contributing to security governance and compliance;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.
• Strong experience as a Senior Network & Security Engineer.
• Hands-on expertise with Palo Alto, Panorama, F5 BIG-IP, and Cisco.
• Strong knowledge of network security and enterprise infrastructure.
• Experience with TLS/SSL inspection and Advanced Threat Protection.
• Solid automation skills using Python and Ansible.
• Experience with APIs, Git, YAML, IaC, and CI/CD.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience with security governance and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize TLS/SSL traffic inspection solutions.
• Deploy and manage Advanced Threat Protection capabilities.
• Engineer enterprise-scale network security environments.
• Support network segmentation and security policy enforcement.
• Troubleshoot complex security issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Participate in security incident investigations and remediation.
• Manage and maintain highly available security platforms.
• Contribute to security architecture and continuous improvement.
