Job summary

Neways Electronics International NV in Son en Breugel, Netherlands, is seeking an experienced Network Engineer to support, design, and optimize our international network and security environment. You will work closely with the IT Infrastructure Architect and stakeholders to ensure stable, secure networks and future-ready architectures.

The role requires a hands-on mindset and strong communication in English, with Dutch language skills preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Network Engineer in complex environments.
• Solid knowledge of network concepts (routing, switching, firewalls, WiFi).
• Experience with cloud-based security and networking platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support, operate, and optimize the SASE solution.
• Assist in development network designs and technical documentation.
• Lead network segmentation projects (design and implementation).
• Hands-on management of network components and workplace environments.
• Troubleshoot, optimize performance, and lifecycle manage network solutions.
• Collaborate with IT Architect on strategic decisions.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and suppliers to track progress.
