Job summary

Qualifications

• Extensive commercial experience developing and supporting enterprise-scale distributed systems.
• Expert knowledge of C#, .NET 8+, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, and related technologies.
• Strong experience using AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar.
• Proven expertise in test-driven development and automated testing frameworks such as xUnit or NUnit.
• Strong understanding of agile software development principles and practices.
• Excellent communication skills with experience working in distributed teams.
• Collaborative approach with a passion for mentoring and knowledge sharing.

Responsibilities

• Define technical requirements and solution designs with clients and delivery teams.
• Develop high-quality .NET applications using modern agile engineering practices.
• Use AI coding tools to support design, implementation, testing, debugging, and documentation activities.
• Review and validate AI-generated code to ensure quality, maintainability, and security.
• Implement automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes.
• Support production systems and contribute to operational excellence.
• Promote agile ways of working and responsible AI-assisted development practices.
• Mentor engineers and help improve team delivery capability.
