Job summary

Intercept in Zwolle, Netherlands is seeking a skilled .NET/C# Developer to help customers translate requirements into scalable Azure solutions. You’ll work hands-on with the latest technologies and guide clients through their Cloud Journey, while collaborating with customer teams.

The role combines writing high-quality code with architectural input and customer-facing advisory, with on-site presence one day per week.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of .NET development experience with C#.
• At least 3 years building applications on Microsoft Azure Cloud.
• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering.
• Proficient with .NET Core, Entity Framework Core, Unit Testing, SQL and Git.

Responsibilities

• Advise, guide, and support customers on their Cloud Native Journey and Azure-related questions.
• Develop Cloud Native Applications and ensure optimal use of Azure architecture.
• Participate in daily stand-ups and two-week sprint cycles.
• Develop, implement, and deploy new features within the Microsoft Azure Cloud environment.
• Independently follow up on technical customer inquiries with clear solutions.

Candidates must be available to work on-site at the client location one day each week.

You don’t just build solutions, you translate customer needs into solid technical decisions and guide them through their Cloud Journey. All while working hands-on with the latest and most advanced technologies available.

Key Responsabilities:

As a .Net/C# Developer, you play a key role in helping our customers enhance productivity, strengthen quality assurance, and achieve scalable Cloud solutions. You are not only responsible for writing high-quality code, but also for advising and guiding customers throughout their Cloud Journey. In this role, you work with the latest Azure technologies and act as the vital link between customers and modern Cloud capabilities. In summary, your tasks might include:

• Advise, guide, and support customers on their Cloud Native Journey and broader Azure-related questions.
• Contribute to the development of Cloud Native Applications and ensure they make optimal use of their Azure architecture.
• Participate in daily stand-up meetings and collaborate within a two-week sprint cycle.
• Develop, implement, and deploy new features within the Microsoft Azure Cloud environment.
• Independently follow up on technical customer inquiries and provide clear, solution-oriented responses.
• Work closely with customers' development teams to ensure seamless integration and high-quality Cloud solutions.

As a .Net/C# Developer, you have the skills to independently further develop existing products. You also enjoy thinking along and advising on architectural choices that are continuously being made, integrating new systems, or enabling new features. In your role, you have enough persuasive power to inspire the team with your vision. In addition, you possess the following:

• At least 5 years of experience in .NET development
• 3 years of experience developing applications within the Microsoft Azure Cloud
• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering
• Demonstrable experience with the following methods and technologies: .NET Core, Entity Framework (Core), C#, Unit Testing, SQL, Git
• Experience with modern software development practices, like TDD, Pair programming and DevOps
• You are customer-focused, accurate, and sufficiently persuasive
• You can approach challenges analytically
• Professional proficiency in both English and Dutch is required.
