Job summary

UPS Healthcare is seeking a results-oriented sales professional to expand its healthcare logistics footprint in Europe. You will build client relationships, win new business, and drive revenue across small package, freight forwarding, warehousing and cold chain services.

Qualifications

• Growth mindset and a drive to win new business.
• A bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, healthcare or business economics is a plus, but not required
• At least two years of experience in sales, ideally in the pharmaceutical, MedTech or laboratory sectors
• Proficiency in both English and German
• Willingness to travel across Europe and adjust to different time zones
• Ability to match services and solutions to customer needs, with strong negotiation, presentation and networking skills

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, introducing them to UPS Healthcare's services, including small package, freight forwarding, warehousing and distribution, and cold chain ground
• Identify new business opportunities and implement strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
• Develop a strong understanding of our services and technologies so you can clearly explain their value to customersStay informed about clients' strategies, financial performance, and product launches and pipelines to understand and address the needs of different stakeholders
• Work with Operations and Customer Solutions to adjust services to meet customer needs and ensure customer satisfaction
• Manage key accounts, track revenue, and use customer reviews and KPIs to identify service improvements and new sales opportunities
