Job summary

Dyson is seeking a Senior Media Lead in the Netherlands to own the end-to-end media agenda across paid and owned channels, driving best-in-class planning, investment, and performance to meet brand and commercial KPIs. You will lead the regional media team, collaborate with commercial and global teams, and report to the Head of Marketing for Benelux and Nordics.

You will oversee annual and campaign planning, optimize channel mix, and champion a test-and-learn culture to deliver measurable media

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in media planning, agency or in-house, with leadership of multi-channel teams.
• Deep knowledge of planning and buying across TV, Print, OOH, Programmatic Display & Video, Social, and Search.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven attribution and media-mix modelling.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of media strategies for Benelux and Nordics in collaboration with marketing partners and agencies.
• Own annual, quarterly, and campaign planning cycles with governance and milestones.
• Oversee media agency relationships, ensuring collaboration, accountability, and execution excellence.
