Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in digital IC/IP development, design, verification, or leadership.
• Strong RTL, SystemVerilog/Verilog, and signoff experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and delivery of advanced processor and compute IP solutions.
• Provide technical leadership across architecture, design, verification, and delivery.
• Define and review strategies, plans, specs, and quality processes.
• Collaborate with global teams, customers, and stakeholders on roadmaps.
• Mentor engineers and foster a high-performing engineering culture.
