Maxaro is seeking an IT Support & Operations Specialist to contribute to a modern Microsoft-based environment. You will assist colleagues with daily IT questions, resolve incidents, and help automate and improve processes, while participating in projects and migrations.

You will work in a Systems & Operations team with exposure to Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID and Azure, taking ownership of technical management and development of our workplace.

Qualificações

• Experience in IT support, administration or operations.
• Ability to learn our environment quickly with our systems and way of working.
• Interest in automation, security and modern workplace solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Resolve and follow up on 1st/2nd line incidents, service requests and changes.
• Manage and optimize Microsoft 365, Intune, SharePoint Online and Entra ID.
• Administer users, access rights and Conditional Access.
• Improve and develop the modern workplace and cloud environment.
• Contribute to Azure and other cloud-related tasks.
• Set up and improve SharePoint sites and collaboration environments.
• Automate recurring tasks with Power Automate and other Microsoft tools.
• Identify and implement technical improvements.
• Collaborate on IT projects, migrations and implementations.
• Document solutions, processes and work instructions.
