Job summary

ITproposal in Amsterdam, Netherlands is seeking an experienced Machine Learning Engineer to design, build, and optimize ML solutions on top of Azure ML Studio, Databricks, AWS, and GCP.

You will develop, train, and deploy models using Python and ML libraries, build data pipelines across cloud platforms, and collaborate with data engineers and business teams to deliver data-driven enterprise solutions.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in ML, data science, or advanced analytics.
• Strong Python programming with ML libraries.
• Experience with cloud-based ML platforms (Azure ML Studio, Databricks, AWS, GCP).

Responsibilities

• Develop, train, and deploy machine learning models using Python and industry‑standard libraries (Scikit‑learn, Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Statsmodels).
• Build and optimize data pipelines across cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Perform statistical analysis, model evaluation, and ML experimentation.
• Work with SQL‑based systems including Teradata, BigQuery, and relational databases.
• Collaborate with data engineering and business teams to translate requirements into ML solutions.
• Ensure best practices in coding, documentation, version control, and model governance.
