Job summary

XIVER, based at the High Tech Campus Eindhoven, is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth in MEMS and semiconductor markets. You will turn technical capabilities into commercial opportunities and build long-term international partnerships.

You will identify new customers, manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, and collaborate with Process Development, Engineering and Marketing to deliver compelling value propositions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, physics, business or related field.
• At least five years in BD/technical sales in B2B high-tech.
• Experience selling complex tailored technical solutions.
• Excellent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in emerging and established markets.
• Maintain a strong international customer pipeline.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Translate customer needs into technical and commercial propositions.
• Travel internationally as required.
