Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb Netherlands is seeking a Senior Manager, OT Systems & Automation – Cell Therapy Manufacturing Systems to lead the Leiden CTF OT/Automation team. You will own OT strategy, drive continuous improvement, and ensure GxP compliance across PAS, DeltaV, PLC/SCADA, and historian systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering IT, science field or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience with Emerson DeltaV, PLC/SCADA, Historian.
• Experience in project delivery and operations for Automation DCS, SCADA and historian systems.
• Experience in technical leadership and leading technical teams.
• Understanding of S88, S95 and DeltaV batch processing operations.
• 8+ years of relevant industry experience with 5+ years in Automation and OT; 2+ years in biopharma/pharma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Leiden Cell Therapy Automation group and PAS and OT systems.
• Act as responsible contact during project delivery and operations for PAS and OT systems.
• Own as DCM/CI for Automation and OT across the Leiden CTF SDLC.
• SME on DeltaV software, batch configuration, phase logic programming, troubleshooting DeltaV issues.
• Lead CI initiatives, RCAs, CAPAs, Change Controls and SNOW for DeltaV processes.
• Coordinate with global Automation SMEs for standardization at Leiden CTF.
• Manage on-call support during operations as L2 for Automation and OT.
• Set PAS priorities, governance, and SOPs for Leiden CTF and drive delivery.
• Develop requirements, code, test deliverables, and execute system testing.
• Collaborate with MSAT, MFG, QE, F&E and Global Teams to deliver OT/Automation systems.
