Job summary

ASM is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Compliance Risk Assessment to design and run a global program focusing on export control and general compliance. You will lead a data-driven risk framework, assess exposures across regions, and drive mitigations to protect market access and reputation.

You will test ICP effectiveness, monitor controls in ERP/Teamcenter, and report to senior leadership. Travel internationally 20–30% is expected, across the US, Europe and Asia.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Law, Business, Economics, International Trade, Finance or a related field.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience, including significant experience in internal audit, compliance risk assessment or risk management.
• Proven track record of designing or running risk assessment or audit programs in a multinational environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain a risk-based framework for export control and general compliance across regions and business units.
• Run the annual global compliance risk assessment and targeted assessments when regulations or business needs change.
• Assess risks under multiple export control regimes and translate risk into concrete mitigation actions.
• Test the Internal Compliance Program and system controls, for example in ERP and Teamcenter.
• Develop monitoring and testing plans, identify gaps, and track corrective actions to closure.
• Produce executive risk reporting and maintain KRIs for governance bodies.
