Are you a LLM Architect looking for your next position? Do you want to contribute to the development of next-gen ICs and systems for agentic AI? If so, this could be for you. IC Resources is seeking a Senior LLM Architect to join an exciting new chip start-up in the Netherlands, and the most likely candidate will come with extensive AI experience from within the semiconductor sector.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the development of LLMs & GenAI technologies by creating new methods to run these models on custom silicon architectures. As the first LLM architect, you’ll also be tasked with leading projects, with strong influence over the technical roadmap.

Minimum requirements:

• MSc or PhD in Computer Science, EE, or a related field.
• Proven experience working with LLM models, especially transformer-based architectures.
• Track record of delivering AI R&D projects into functional systems.
• In-depth understanding of generative models, NLP, and deep learning algorithms.
• Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch.

Desired experience:

• Performance optimisation experience for AI workloads, particularly in datacentre or high-performance computing (HPC) environments.
