Job summary

Danone Specialized Nutrition Research & Innovation (SN R&I) seeks a Senior Liquid Capacity Program Manager to lead the start-up of new greenfield lines, covering product, process, packaging and specification R&I functions.

This fixed-term contract runs until end of 2029 and focuses on unlocking scalable capacity and building solid foundations for future success. Travel up to 25% may be required to Hoofddop & Utrecht, NL.

Qualifications

• B.A./M.S. in chemical engineering, bio-chemical engineering, food technology or food science.
• 10+ years in R&I project or program management within FMCG, food, pharma or manufacturing.
• Proven track record managing complex, multi-year cross-functional projects in operations.
• PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Single point of contact for all R&I project activities; manage stakeholders, dashboards, risks, milestones and resources.
• Translate strategy into executable project plans with clear timelines and deliverables.
• R&I matrix leader; define roles, responsibilities and annual objectives aligned with milestones.
• Anticipate conflicts and synergies between projects and resolve them early.
• Balance speed, quality and robustness in decision-making under uncertainty.
• Actively manage and escalate risks, decisions and support needs when required.
• Represent R&I in governance forums, including SteerCo, with transparent communication.
• Ensure delivery of all R&I objectives while managing complexity, dependencies and risks.
