DLA Piper is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to partner with executives and global teams, delivering practical guidance on conflicts and regulatory issues. You will help embed policies, advise on complex matters, and drive risk-informed decisions across multiple jurisdictions.

You will work with colleagues in the Office of the General Counsel and other specialists to support firm-wide legal strategies, governance, and compliance initiatives in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer with current practising certificate.
• Experience in conflicts of interest and confidential information regimes.
• Ability to operate in international, matrix-managed environments.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with Business Intake to ensure compliance with conflicts across international offices.
• Provide technical legal advice on complex conflicts and information queries.
• Support conflicts team with queries and supervision of high-risk checks.
• Lead internal investigations relating to conflicts; advise on client terms provisions.
