Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a laboratory, cleanroom, pilot production, or technical operations environment.
• Hands-on technical background with strong troubleshooting skills.
• Experience supporting equipment, infrastructure, or facility systems.
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of operational topics.
• Technical education (MBO+, HBO, or equivalent through experience).

Responsibilities

• Ensure day‑to‑day lab and cleanroom operations run smoothly and predictably.
• Maintain lab organization, tooling, consumables, and operational readiness.
• Support installation, setup, and commissioning of lab equipment.
• Troubleshoot issues and maintain uptime of lab systems and tools.
• Perform and support hands‑on lab work, experiments, and engineering activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety, EHS, and cleanroom practices.
• Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers on upgrades and modifications.
• Track and support preventive maintenance activities.
• Act as a contact point for facility‑related issues when needed.
• Interface with landlords, contractors, and service providers.
