Job summary

ITProposal is seeking an experienced Java/Angular Full Stack Developer to join a hybrid DevOps team in a cloud-focused setting. You will work across Java backend and Angular frontend, contributing to both development and operational tasks within an Agile Scrum environment.

The role emphasizes a T-shaped skillset, with opportunities to extend into testing, operations and analysis as needed. Office presence in Leeuwarden is expected 1–2 days per week.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Java development experience.
• 2+ years of Angular experience.
• 2+ years of experience with Cucumber.
• 9+ years of HBO-level working and thinking capability.
• 9+ years of professional Dutch language proficiency.
• Experience working in an Agile Scrum / DevOps environment.
• Experience in front-end and back-end development.
• OCP certification.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Java-based services within a cloud-based, service-oriented landscape.
• Develop and maintain Angular applications and front-end solutions.
• Contribute across both front-end and back-end development.
• Work within a Scrum/DevOps team using a 'you build it, you run it' approach.
• Perform or support Operations, testing and analysis activities.
• Develop cloud-ready applications using technologies such as Spring Cloud.
• Monitor, profile and tune services using Kibana and Grafana.
• Collaborate with other teams to resolve dependencies and challenges.
