I'm working with a fast-growing deep-tech business in Delft that is strengthening its internal IT engineering function and looking for someone who wants far more ownership than a traditional internal IT role usually offers.
This is not a job where you spend your week working through a ticket queue.
They want someone who can help engineer, automate and secure the environment properly - taking ownership across endpoint management, automation, infrastructure, security and identity as the company scales.
You'll be responsible for areas including:
The current environment includes technologies such as JumpCloud, Automox, Google Workspace and ConductorOne, although experience with comparable platforms is absolutely relevant.
You'll probably have 4+ years across areas such as:
You do not need every tool on the list.
The bigger thing is having an engineering mindset - someone who sees a manual process and immediately thinks:
"Why aren't we automating this?"
The attraction here is the breadth.
It suits someone who enjoys being hands-on, solving difficult problems at the root cause and having the freedom to improve how an environment is built rather than simply keeping it running.
