KWD Resultaatmanagement seeks an experienced Program Manager at the intersection of IT and business to lead strategic IT programs for major clients like Mammoet, Facilicom and Sligro. You will align business goals with IT delivery, manage multi-year programs and coach teams toward excellence in a no-nonsense, craftsmanship-focused culture.

Qualifications

HBO or WO degree in IT, business, or related field.
15+ years at intersection of business and IT.
5+ years as a program manager for multiple employers/clients.
Led at least 6 projects/programs, incl. 12+ months, €3,000,000+ budget, 30+ FTE.
Experience leading organizational change programs from concept to delivery.
Proven line manager experience and senior stakeholder management (C-level).

Responsibilities

Lead strategic IT programs with high impact.
Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure outcomes.
Contribute to KWD's growth and professionalization of the field.
Apply multiple PM methodologies pragmatically to program delivery.
