Qualifications

• Proven line manager experience and senior stakeholder management (C-level).

The objective is clear. As a program manager at KWD, you will take the lead on strategic IT programs at companies such as Mammoet, Facilicom and Sligro. Your focus is on successfully managing and completing these programs while bringing business and IT together seamlessly. Stakeholders

In your role as program manager, you work closely with both internal and external stakeholders.
Internal at KWD: Collaborating and developing alongside colleagues, all of whom are either project managers or program managers.
External: Clients such as Mammoet, Facilicom or Sligro, as well as IT suppliers and other external partners.

Organization

Project Sponsor: Your personal and professional development within KWD is facilitated by all of us. Together we truly make KWD what it is.
Program Manager: You, in your role as program manager, lead both internal and external teams to achieve results.
Project Team: Together with your team and client representatives, you form the core of the project.

Risks

Risk: Due to job title inflation in the market, your title may differ from what you are used to. We use our own competency matrix and job classification. Our standard is high, so what the market may call program management might be considered project management within KWD.
Measure: Although a title can feel rewarding and hold meaning for some, this is not an obstacle for you. You are driven by craftsmanship and substance.

Risk: KWD uses a model consisting of 70 percent fixed salary and 30 percent flexible compensation. That 30 percent is linked to the so-called Components A, B and C. These reflect the entrepreneurial character of KWD and our people.
Measure: KWD stands for Ability, Willingness and Courage. You have all three. For Component A, you contribute enthusiastically to KWD as an organization. Together with your project hours, these count as productive hours under Component B. Component C is the profit distribution.

Requirements

• You have completed a HBO or WO degree.
• You have been working at the intersection of business and IT for more than 15 years, of which at least 5 years as a program manager for different employers and clients.
• You have successfully managed at least 6 projects and programs, including at least one with: a duration of at least 12 months, a project budget of €3,000,000 or more, a team size of at least 30 FTE, and substantial impact on the business.
• You have experience leading integral organizational change programs from concept to successful end to end delivery.
• You have successfully completed programs in which both IT and organizational or process aspects played a significant role.
• You have been responsible as a line manager for leading employees.
• You excel at stakeholder management at C level.
• You are able to apply different project management methodologies in a pragmatic and situational way.

• A market based annual salary between €90,000 and €140,000 per year, depending on your experience and competencies.
