In your role as program manager, you work closely with both internal and external stakeholders.
Internal at KWD: Collaborating and developing alongside colleagues, all of whom are either project managers or program managers.
External: Clients such as Mammoet, Facilicom or Sligro, as well as IT suppliers and other external partners.
Project Sponsor: Your personal and professional development within KWD is facilitated by all of us. Together we truly make KWD what it is.
Program Manager: You, in your role as program manager, lead both internal and external teams to achieve results.
Project Team: Together with your team and client representatives, you form the core of the project.
Risk: Due to job title inflation in the market, your title may differ from what you are used to. We use our own competency matrix and job classification. Our standard is high, so what the market may call program management might be considered project management within KWD.
Measure: Although a title can feel rewarding and hold meaning for some, this is not an obstacle for you. You are driven by craftsmanship and substance.
Risk: KWD uses a model consisting of 70 percent fixed salary and 30 percent flexible compensation. That 30 percent is linked to the so-called Components A, B and C. These reflect the entrepreneurial character of KWD and our people.
Measure: KWD stands for Ability, Willingness and Courage. You have all three. For Component A, you contribute enthusiastically to KWD as an organization. Together with your project hours, these count as productive hours under Component B. Component C is the profit distribution.
