Cyberdune Agents is seeking a hands-on operations engineer to design and run the systems that keep client deployments on Azure/Kubernetes secure and reliable. You will own incident management, monitoring, and IaC from scratch, and lead ISO 27001 and related certifications while shaping a real-time control tower across deployments.

Competenze

• BSc/MSc in IT, Computer Science or a related field.
• Several years of hands-on experience running production workloads on Azure and Kubernetes.
• Experience setting up monitoring, incident management and IaC from scratch.
• Experience with information security management systems and ISO 27001 (or similar) certification processes.
• Fluent English; Dutch preferred.
• VOG (Dutch Certificate of Conduct) required.
• Willing to take part in an on-call rota.
• Adaptable, integrity, AI/agents expertise, strategic thinking with quality-focused and cost-conscious approach.

You build Cyberdune's operations capability before it is needed: the processes, monitoring and control mechanisms that will keep client deployments on Azure/Kubernetes running securely and reliably once production use starts. Until that workload is full-time, you combine this with other engineering, project or architecture work, and own Cyberdune's internal IT (Azure tenant, devices, access) and the lead on ISO 27001 and related certifications.

What you'll do

• Design the operations function ahead of first production deployments: incident management, monitoring/alerting, release and QA processes
• Run and monitor Azure/Kubernetes infrastructure for client deployments once they go live
• Develop the vision and first version of a control tower giving a single, real-time view across all client deployments
• Continue in ISO 27001 (and related) certification: policies, controls, evidence and audit readiness
• Own information security and access management (identities, secrets, devices, approved AI tools)
• Manage Cyberdune's own Azure tenant and internal IT, including laptops and other devices for the team

What you bring

• BSc/MSc in IT, Computer Science or a related field
• Several years of hands-on experience running production workloads on Azure and Kubernetes (deep, not surface knowledge)
• Experience setting up monitoring, incident management and IaC from scratch
• Experience with information security management systems and ISO 27001 (or similar) certification processes
• Comfortable operating with limited formal ops in place today, and willing to pick up sales, project management, architecture or coding work until the role grows into full-time
• Fluent English; Dutch preferred (client audits and security reviews)
• VOG (Dutch Certificate of Conduct) required
• Willing to take part in an on-call rota once production deployments exist
• You're adaptable, act with integrity, bring technical expertise in AI and agents, combine vision and strategic thinking with structured, quality-focused and cost-conscious ways of working, and stay decisive under pressure.
