Job summary

Experis Nederland seeks a Senior iOS Developer to shape its mobile platform and lead architectural decisions. You will own the native iOS shell, ensuring teams can deliver high-quality features efficiently and with strong quality standards.

You will mentor junior engineers, collaborate with multiple teams, and drive performance, accessibility, and reliability across the banking app. This is a senior role with broad influence and impact.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Swift and iOS SDK.
• Strong design pattern and software architecture knowledge.
• Experience with CI/CD tooling.
• Track record in high-performance mobile apps.
• Experience in large-scale software environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the native iOS shell using Swift and the iOS SDK.
• Design scalable and maintainable solutions with proper architectural patterns.
• Support feature teams in integrating code within the shell.
• Identify and resolve performance and technical challenges.
• Ensure accessibility, reliability, security and app performance.
• Contribute to CI/CD processes and development tooling.
• Participate in technical discussions and architectural decisions.
• Coach junior and medior developers and lead by example.
• Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders to deliver a high-quality mobile platform.
