Job summary

AURELIUS Growth in Amsterdam is seeking a Senior Investment Associate to join the Growth Investments team and drive mid-market deals across Europe from origination to value creation. You will own workstreams early and collaborate with experienced investment professionals on the full deal lifecycle.

You bring 3–5 years in investment banking, M&A, consulting or private equity, strong financial modelling, fluent Dutch and English, and an entrepreneurial mindset to help build leading companies.

Qualifications

• Outstanding academic track record in finance, economics, business administration or a related field.
• 3 - 5 years of relevant professional experience in Investment Banking, M&A Transaction Services, Management Consulting or Private Equity, ideally gained with focus on medium-sized enterprises.
• Strong analytical and excellent financial modelling skills.
• An entrepreneurial mindset, as well as a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork focused
• Very good MS-Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
• Fluent in Dutch and English, further language skills welcome

• Conduct due diligence activities in the context of company acquisitions and disposals, e.g., analysis of company data (balance sheets, income statements, etc.)

Senior Investment Associate (m/f/d)

As a member of the Amsterdam-based Growth Investments team, you will work closely with experienced investment professionals on the full deal lifecycle - from origination and due diligence through to value creation and exit. You will take responsibility for your own workstreams at an early stage and help us build and scale leading mid-market companies across Europe.
