Qualifications

• Law degree from an accredited institution.
• Admitted to practise law in at least one EU jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 10 years of post‑qualification experience in corporate and commercial law, gained in a reputable law firm or in‑house legal department.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts.
• Support corporate governance and subsidiary management.
• Advise on regulatory developments affecting corporate and commercial activities in the EU and other jurisdictions.
• Collaborate with senior management and other functions to manage legal risk.
