Job summary

The Kraft Heinz Company is seeking a Senior Analyst, Internal Controls in Amsterdam to support the European Internal Controls strategy. You will conduct risk assessments, lead control walkthroughs, and drive improvements in the control environment across Europe, coordinating with the Ahmedabad team and the GBS Risk Manager.

You will develop, maintain and roll out local policies, deliver training, and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure effective control ownership and compliance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a similar role with at least 2 years of SOX experience as a lead
• English language skills and strong communication abilities
• Experience with ERP/Accounting systems and reporting tools
• Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality output under time pressure
• Strong problem solving and organizational skills
• Excellent MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience with internal controls testing and risk assessment
• Qualified accountant preferred (CPA/CIA/CA or equivalents)
• Big 4 experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform financial risk assessments and lead control walkthroughs across European units
• Prepare and review controls documentation per standards and drive tech-enabled control enhancements
• Collaborate with local finance, operations and functions to provide risk and controls guidance
• Coordinate with offshore Controls team in Ahmedabad for testing status and deliverables
• Conduct root-cause analysis and drive control improvements and standardization
• Support Continuous Controls Monitoring and analytics tools like Optro Analytics and SAP Signavio
• Develop and roll-out local financial policies and training on internal controls
• Deliver controls training and coaching to stakeholders and management
