Job summary

Aldebaran Group seeks an Instrumentation Supervisor to oversee the instrumentation and automation scopes on Europe’s largest green hydrogen project. You will ensure schedule compliance, manage site personnel, and uphold safety standards during construction in the Netherlands.

Ideal candidates have 10 years on construction sites in instrumentation/systems, with HV equipment experience and fluency in English for cross‑site collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial project construction (France or abroad).
• Mastery of risk identification methods (HAZID, HAZOP).
• Knowledge of electrical risk prevention (C18-510).
• Fluency in English for interactions with non-French speakers.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of the instrumentation scope.
• Validation of estimates and costings.
• Monitoring subcontractor progress.
• Managing co-activities.
• Quality control and work progress monitoring.
