Job summary

Aldebaran Group is seeking an Electrical Supervisor to lead electrical construction scopes on a major green hydrogen project in the Netherlands. You will manage site execution, deadlines, and workforce coordination while enforcing safety rules, with English and Dutch fluency a must.

The role requires a Bachelor’s or Engineering degree in Electrical or Control Systems, at least ten years’ experience on industrial construction projects, and proficiency with HV/EHV equipment and risk methods such

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree in Electrical/Control Systems.
• 10+ years of experience on industrial construction projects.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Experience with HV / EHV equipment is a plus.
• Knowledge of risk identification methods (HAZID, HAZOP).
• Experience coordinating with grid operators on interconnections.

Responsibilities

• Prepare electrical scopes and validation of estimates.
• Monitor subcontractors progress and coordinate co-activities.
• Quality control and monitoring of work progress.
• Integration of New Electrical Assemblies.
• Support subcontractors in task execution.
• Lead site execution until final acceptance and ensure safety compliance.
