Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of field experience is required.
• Fluent English is required.
• Previous supervisor experience is desired.
• Background in electrical or low voltage work is preferred.
• Experience with electronic/electrical systems and life safety is a plus.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Supervises team of installation colleagues and oversees their work and installations.
• Mentors, coaches, and develops colleagues.
• Oversees installation project scope, quality, safety, and performance.
• Acts as primary contact with customers and internal teams for installation support.
• Provides training on manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
