Job summary

VERSADO Personeelsdiensten is seeking a Senior Installation Coordinator in Born to lead an on-site installation team and ensure projects run smoothly. You will coach foremen and trainees, coordinate planning with the office, and oversee quality from start to finish.

The role requires strong leadership, a proactive approach, and the ability to manage schedules and resources across multiple sites near Born. Daily travel is involved, with a fixed 07:30–16:00 schedule and a reputable pension scheme.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years experience as installer, including supervisory roles.
• Valid driving license B (BE preferred).
• Knowledge of installation tasks, planning, coaching, and customer communication.
• Ability to lead on-site teams and coordinate with office for planning and materials.
• Availability for 07:30–16:00, Monday–Friday.

As Senior Installation Coordinator in Born, you'll lead your own team outdoors and ensure that every project runs flawlessly. You monitor quality from A to Z and coach your team and new talent to the highest level. With your down-to-earth approach and helicopter view, you spot bottlenecks before they arise. Take on this responsible key position and help build leading projects.

As Senior Installation Coordinator, you'll travel daily from the branch in Born to various projects. You are the central point of contact on the work floor and ensure that work is carried out right the first time. In this role, you lead the installation team, guide foremen, and ensure clear coordination with the office regarding planning, preparation, and materials. You also take responsibility for training and providing professional guidance to new employees and interns. Thanks to your calm demeanor and natural leadership, you identify bottlenecks early and resolve them immediately. Leading your own installation team on projects and monitoring the schedule

In possession of a driving license B, driving license BE is a plus
