Placements24 is seeking an experienced Senior Information Security Manager to lead the security operations for a client in Paarl. You will guide the security program, oversee risk management, and drive incident response efforts while mentoring a dedicated team.

You will develop and implement security policies, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure protection of critical data and systems in a leadership role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in information security with at least 3 years in a management role.
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful security programs.
• Deep understanding of security technologies, threat landscapes, and risk management frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the organization's comprehensive information security strategy and roadmap.
• Lead and mentor the information security team, fostering a culture of security excellence.
