YorTeam B.V. is recruiting a Senior IAM Engineer for a banking client to strengthen One Identity and IGA in a highly regulated environment. The role emphasizes automation, control effectiveness and operational excellence in IAM services.

For a client in the banking industry, we are looking for a Senior IAM Engineer with strong experience in One Identity and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA). You will help improve and automate IAM services in a complex, highly regulated environment, with a focus on service quality, control effectiveness and operational excellence.

Your Job

Your Profile

• Extensive experience as a DevOps, IAM, or Identity Governance Engineer.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of One Identity Manager.
• Experience with SQL, APIs, scripting, automation and system integrations.
• Solid understanding of IAM concepts such as provisioning, RBAC, ABAC, recertification, and Segregation of Duties.
• Experience working in regulated environments with high compliance and audit requirements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
