Job summary

Next Ventures is seeking a Senior IAM Engineer for a long-term freelance assignment in Amsterdam, Netherlands. The role supports a major IIQ to ISC migration, maintaining IdentityIQ and migrating to SailPoint Identity Security Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Assess the IdentityIQ environment, architecture, workflows, rules, connectors and customisations.
• Support design and delivery of the IIQ-to-ISC migration strategy.
• Map and migrate identity sources, roles, access profiles and entitlements to ISC.
• Redesign IIQ provisioning, deprovisioning and lifecycle processes for ISC.
• Configure ISC workflows, transforms, rules, connectors and governance processes.
• Support migration testing, cutover, production deployment and stabilisation.

Job description

We are currently looking for a Senior IAM Engineer to join a long-term freelance assignment based in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

The role is part of a major IAM transformation programme focused on maintaining the existing SailPoint IdentityIQ platform and supporting its migration to SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).

Key Responsibilities

• Assess the existing IdentityIQ environment, including its architecture, workflows, rules, connectors and customisations
• Support the design and delivery of the end-to-end IIQ-to-ISC migration strategy
• Map and migrate identity sources, roles, access profiles, entitlements and application integrations to ISC
• Redesign IIQ provisioning, deprovisioning and joiner-mover-leaver processes for the ISC environment
• Configure ISC workflows, transforms, rules, connectors, certifications and identity-governance processes
• Support migration testing, cutover, production deployment, issue resolution and post-migration stabilisation
• Location: Amsterdam 1 day a week on-site
• Working model: 1 day onsite and 4 days remote per week

Required Experience

• At least seven years of professional IAM or IGA experience
• At least five years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ
• Proven experience working with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud
• Previous experience delivering or supporting an IIQ-to-ISC migration
• Strong knowledge of workflows, rules, connectors, provisioning, certifications, RBAC and identity lifecycle processes
• Fluent French with professional working proficiency in English
