Job summary

Danaher Corporation in the Netherlands seeks a Senior HR Generalist Benelux to link HR service delivery with associates and leaders across Life Sciences.

You will handle complex HR cases, support performance management, and drive continuous improvement within HR systems, reporting to the Director LS Generalist. The role emphasizes policy application, compliance, and a service-oriented mindset to sustain operational continuity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field or equivalent mix of education and experience.
• 7+ years in HR operations, shared services, or HR generalist/specialist roles.
• Fluency in Dutch with knowledge of Dutch/Belgian labor practices.
• Experience independently managing complex HR cases within policies.
• Experience using HRIS and case management systems; data analysis and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex HR cases and provide SME on employee lifecycle transactions, policy interpretation, time and attendance, benefits, and other HR inquiries.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and leaders to drive local activities supporting business requirements and continuity plans.
• Support leaders on performance management administration, documentation, and HR processes, including talent acquisition involvement.
• Document case activities and maintain records in HR systems for compliance and reporting.
• Identify process improvements and contribute to standardization and continuous improvement across HR Service Delivery.
