Jobgether SRL is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer in the Netherlands to own a broad range of visual projects across marketing, product, and digital channels. You will shape design systems, branding, and creative direction while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes autonomy, collaboration, and a proactive approach to developing engaging visual solutions for social media, presentations, and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Strong professional experience in graphic design with a portfolio demonstrating high visual and creative execution.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Figma.
• Strong typography knowledge including font selection, pairing, hierarchy, readability, and balance.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and deliver a broad range of graphic design projects from concept through final execution.
• Contribute to promotional and marketing initiatives by developing creative concepts and visual assets aligned with business objectives.
• Generate creative ideas for both product and marketing teams, translating concepts into engaging visual solutions.
• Create, maintain, and scale design systems to ensure consistency and efficiency across projects.
• Develop and update brand books, visual guidelines, templates, and other brand assets.
• Design creative content for social media, presentations, infographics, and other digital channels.
• Ensure the quality, consistency, and visual integrity of graphic materials in line with guidelines and templates.
• Participate in design decisions for both new and existing digital products.
• Create vector icons and other visual elements as required.
• Work closely with product, marketing, and creative stakeholders to understand objectives and deliver effective design solutions.
• Analyze existing design solutions and their effectiveness, using insights to improve future creative work.
• Optimize design processes and internal workflows to improve efficiency and scalability.
