Job summary

Adyen is seeking an Infrastructure Developer to join our Amsterdam-based Platform Engineering team. You will design, build, and operate scalable load balancers, DNS, proxies, and automation to reduce toil and improve reliability.

You’ll work on the Control Plane service and collaborate with SREs and other infra teams to align infrastructure with business goals. The role requires 6+ years in relevant roles, strong Golang and Linux skills, and experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and IaC tools.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant work experience.
• Fluent in Golang with some Python knowledge.
• Experience in platform/infrastructure teams.
• Proficient with Linux and distributed systems.
• Delivery of complex projects with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain automation powering our self-service platform.
• Improve delivery of load balancing infrastructure as a service for high availability.
• Automate time-consuming tasks into efficient one-click operations.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers on scalable security-focused solutions.
• Work with SRE and Platform Engineering teams on architecture discussions.
• Drive innovation in the Adyen Platform and influence long-term decisions.
