Aspyre in Den Haag is seeking a Medior/Senior Full Stack Developer to help build the next version of our accounting automation platform. You'll work across React frontend and Python backend, connecting to external accounting systems and databases.

Qualifications

• Strong Python skills and experience building real applications.
• TypeScript & React experience across frontend.
• Relational databases knowledge, PostgreSQL and performance optimization.
• REST API experience; SOAP integrations acceptable.
• Critical thinking and willingness to learn accounting domain.

Responsibilities

• Evolve architecture into a scalable, production-ready platform.
• Define boundaries between data/integration, business, and output layers.
• Improve backend performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Develop and maintain integrations with external APIs.
• Design and optimize the PostgreSQL data layer.
• Build features in Python and React and connect frontend to backend.
• Collaborate with a close-knit, trusted team.
• Balance quality and speed in a startup environment.
