Job summary

IFS is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to lead the design and delivery of an industrial sustainability reporting platform. You will build scalable APIs and AI-native features across the stack, driving architecture decisions, reliability, and DevOps practices.

You will collaborate across product, design, AI, and platform teams, mentoring engineers while ensuring high-quality, secure, and production-ready software that supports carbon accounting and ESG data initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in full stack software development across frontend and backend.
• Strong front-end with React or similar frameworks.
• Strong back-end experience, including GoLang or similar languages.
• Experience designing scalable APIs and cloud-native apps.
• Solid understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, architecture, and implementation of scalable APIs and services.
• Deliver AI-native features across frontend and backend for carbon accounting and ESG data.
• Evolve platform to modular, event-driven, API-first components.
• Guide reliability, telemetry, SLOs, incident response, and production readiness.
• Mentor engineers and promote engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, AI, and Platform Engineering teams.
