Aspyre is looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our mission of building scalable accounting automation. You’ll work across the product from React interfaces to Python backend logic, PostgreSQL data layer, and integrations with external accounting systems.

We value practical AI-assisted development, strong Python skills, TypeScript/React experience, and the ability to reason through unfamiliar problems. Hybrid work with Tuesday/Thursday in office.

Qualifications

• Strong Python skills and experience building real applications.
• Proficiency with TypeScript and React for frontend development.
• Solid database knowledge, esp. PostgreSQL, and data modelling.
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs, and integrating SOAP services.
• Familiarity with event-driven architectures and scalable systems.
• Experience with AI-assisted development and using AI agents effectively.
• Basic Dutch proficiency for a Dutch-speaking environment.
• Understanding of accounting domain or willingness to learn it.
• Experience leading a development team is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Develop across the product: from React frontend to Python backend logic.
• Improve architecture, performance, and data flow with integrations to external accounting systems.
• Build and maintain integrations with external APIs (REST/SOAP).
• Design and optimise the PostgreSQL data layer and data models.
• Implement new functionality in Python and React; connect frontend to backend.
