Job summary

Search X Recruitment is seeking a Senior Fullstack Developer to design and enhance client-facing and internal applications on Azure, with a focus on blockchain integrations and fintech solutions. You will craft modern front-ends with React/Next.js and robust back-end services, while collaborating in a cross-functional agile team to deliver secure, scalable software.

You should bring at least 5 years of Fullstack experience, proficiency in .NET, Azure, PostgreSQL, and REST APIs, and a proactive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent level of thinking and working.
• Minimum of 5 years as a Fullstack Developer with .NET and Azure experience.
• Experience building front-end apps with React/Next.js and REST APIs.
• Familiar with Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.
• Interest in crypto, blockchain, fintech; knowledge of AI is a plus.
• Understanding of IT security and GRC principles is advantageous.

What will you do?

As a Senior Fullstack Developer, you develop and enhance customer-facing and internal applications that support critical business processes. You build modern front-end solutions such as client portals and web applications, while developing scalable back-end services in Microsoft Azure. Your work includes building components that interact with blockchain technology, fund administration systems and integrations with financial service providers.

Working in a cross-functional agile team alongside developers, trading experts and crypto specialists, you take ownership of technical solutions from concept to delivery. You contribute to architectural decisions, build reliable and maintainable software, and help deliver scalable, secure solutions with a direct impact on the organisation.

Beyond development, you play a key role in driving the team forward. You lead by example, provide technical guidance, support colleagues through coaching and code reviews, and help the team make well-informed technical decisions, ensuring high-quality software is delivered consistently and efficiently.

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent level of thinking and working and at least 5 years of experience as a Fullstack Developer, with a strong foundation in back-end development using .NET and Microsoft Azure. You also have experience building modern front-end applications with JavaScript/TypeScript, particularly React and Next.js, and you're comfortable working with PostgreSQL, SQL and designing and maintaining REST APIs.

You have experience working in Agile environments and are familiar with DevOps principles and CI/CD practices. You enjoy taking ownership, have a proactive, can-do mindset and are confident coaching colleagues and helping the team make sound technical decisions.

An interest in crypto, blockchain and fintech comes naturally to you, while an affinity with AI is a strong plus. You also have a solid understanding of IT security, and knowledge of Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) principles is an advantage.

What do they offer?

You’ll receive a gross annual salary between €80.000 and €95.000 (based on 40-hours). The package also includes 25 vacation days, a travel allowance, a laptop allowance, and the prospect of a permanent contract.
