Senior Software Engineer (Infrastructure)

EUR 90,000 to 110,000 plus benefits

This is a high impact engineering role where you will help shape a next‑generation platform used by modern software teams worldwide. You will join a fast‑growing environment, work with a modern cloud‑native stack, and play a key part in a major product launch.

The Company

The Role

• Improve, automate, and simplify engineering workflows across the platform.
• Work closely with backend or frontend teams depending on business need.
• Contribute to a major new product release and ongoing platform scaling.
• Support cloud‑native development across infrastructure, Kubernetes, and deployment workflows.
• Operate with high ownership in a collaborative, low‑ego engineering culture.
• Drive impact in a fast‑moving environment with significant user scale.

Tech Stack you’ll be working with:

Backend: Go (preferred but not required), GraphQL, gRPC

DevOps: GitHub, GitHub Actions, GitOps with ArgoCD, Terraform

Cloud: Mostly GCP; some AWS/Azure. Azure least preferred

Your Skills and Experience

• Strong engineering fundamentals and commercial experience in languages such as Go, Java, Rust, or C++.
• Cloud experience, ideally within GCP, with the ability to work across modern cloud‑native systems.
• Familiarity with infrastructure tooling such as Kubernetes, Terraform, GitHub Actions, or similar.
• Ability to quickly pick up new technologies, frameworks, and environments.
• Experience improving engineering processes, automation, or developer workflows.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to simplify complexity and elevate team performance.
