Zusammenfassung

DLL is seeking a Front-End Developer to design, build and deliver high‑quality front‑end applications across the CCO Domain. This hands‑on leadership role spans requirements, UI/UX architecture, development, testing, deployment and support.

You will mentor teams, collaborate with product owners and UX/UI designers, ensure scalable, secure, user‑centered solutions, and drive engineering excellence within IT CCO Delivery in a hybrid setup.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 5–7+ years in Information Technology with Agile/Scrum experience.
• Advanced experience with at least one major front‑end framework (React preferred).
• Strong knowledge of NodeJS, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript.
• Experience with state management (Redux, Vuex, NgRx) and responsive UI.
• Understanding of accessibility (WCAG) and cross‑browser practices, and CSS architectures.
• Experience with REST APIs and API integration; secure coding practices.

Aufgaben

• Lead front‑end architecture, design, development, testing, and delivery.
• Collaborate with UX designers and solution architects to ensure alignment with enterprise direction.
• Mentor team members and coach on sizing, scoping, and risk mitigation.
• Drive reusable UI patterns, component libraries, and modern design systems.
• Ensure secure, scalable front‑end solutions and integration with APIs and Azure services.
• Lead troubleshooting and production issue resolution; support CI/CD for front‑end deployments.
