The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of hands-on experience designing and optimizing FSO systems. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Free Space Optical Communication systems.
• Strong understanding of communication standards like SDA and ESTOL.
• Experience in leading projects and delivering on time.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test FSO communication systems.
• Analyze and optimize system performance based on SNR, BER.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HW, SW, and Mechanical engineers.

Optical design and simulation tools (e.g., Zemax, Code V, MATLAB, Python)
