Job Requirements
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a Group FP&A function, with significant exposure to cash flow management and financial forecasting.
- Business Partnering: Proven track record of effectively partnering with business leaders to drive performance and reporting at a group level.
- Presentation Skills: Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial data for non-financial stakeholders.
- BI Tool Proficiency: Proficient in using Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for data analysis and presentation.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all financial reporting and analysis.
- Adaptability: Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a multinational corporate environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and scenario analysis.
- CPA, CFA, or equivalent financial certification is a plus.

Job Responsibilities
- Cash Flow Management: Lead cash flow forecasting and analysis, working closely with stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely reporting of cash flow trends.
- Financial Reporting & Consolidation: Drive financial reporting and consolidation processes, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and business strategy.
- Business Partnering: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to provide actionable insights and drive strategic decisions based on cash flow and financial data.
- Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain financial models to support cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, and cash management decisions.
- Presentation & Communication: Prepare and deliver clear and concise financial presentations for senior management, highlighting key insights, trends, and recommendations.
- BI Tool Utilization: Leverage Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Tableau and Power BI to enhance reporting capabilities and data visualization for management teams.
- Process Improvement: Continuously identify and implement improvements to cash flow processes, reporting efficiency, and data accuracy.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with various internal and external stakeholders to understand and resolve cash flow-related challenges.
- Lead and support strategic initiatives such as Long Term Planning, M&A closely collaborating with senior management stakeholders and the Transformation team.
