Job summary

NewRocket seeks an AI Engineer at campus/grad level to design, develop, test, and deploy AI-enabled solutions for enterprise clients. You will prototype Claude-powered applications, agentic workflows, RAG, and ServiceNow‑based integrations, working with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable AI capabilities.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant experience through internships, projects, or roles.
• Experience with Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Java.
• Foundational understanding of APIs, databases, version control, and cloud apps.
• Exposure to generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, ML, or automation.
• Familiarity with LLM concepts like context windows, embeddings, RAG, tool usage.
• Familiarity with Git, REST APIs, SQL, Docker, and cloud AI services.
• Strong problem‑solving, curiosity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assist in building, testing, maintaining, and documenting AI‑enabled applications.
• Develop prototypes using generative AI, LLMs, RAG, APIs, and workflow tools.
• Support agentic AI solutions using enterprise context and tools.
• Assist with prompt engineering, structured inputs, and output constraints.
• Help integrate AI with ServiceNow and other enterprise platforms.
• Write clean, secure, well‑documented code following best practices.
