EY in Amsterdam is seeking a Senior Consultant to strengthen our Financial Risk Management team. You will apply quantitative techniques to model development, validation, risk governance, regulatory compliance, and AI-driven solutions for financial institutions.

You will work on diverse engagements across market, credit, and ESG topics, collaborating with colleagues in a high-tech, global environment. The role offers hybrid working and opportunities for professional growth.

Formación

• At least 3 years of experience in Financial Services, either in an institution; in an advisory or business consulting capacity.
• Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Econometrics, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, CS, Engineering, Physics, or related.
• Experience with data analytics, AI/ML techniques, and applying these capabilities within the financial services sector.
• Experience in topics like Credit Risk (IRB, IFRS 9), Market Risk (IRRBB, Liquidity, FRTB), Financial Crime modeling, AI/ML modeling, ESG, Derivative Pricing, and Financial Services Regulation.
• Hands-on experience in development, validation and/or implementation of Financial Risk, Pricing or AI models.
• Programming experience in Python, R, VBA, Java, C++, SQL, Matlab or .NET.
• Ability to drive business development and contribute to EY market solutions.
• Optional: CFA/FRM/CQF qualification.
