Qualifications

• At least 5 years’ experience in accounting, financial controlling, or reporting; Capex experience is essential.
• Strong knowledge of internal controls and financial reporting standards.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel; experience with SAP/BW, Spotfire BI, and Oracle HFM preferred.
• Ability to challenge assumptions, address deviations, and implement corrective actions.
• Excellent relationship-building skills across functions and teams.
• Capable of working independently in a complex, matrixed environment.
• A Master’s degree in Finance or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial controlling and reporting activities, including month-end closing and financial plans.
• Manage financial aspects of capital expenditure (Capex) projects, ensuring accurate tracking and valuation of assets.
• Lead cross functional project teams to redesign processes, develop RACI matrices, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis for cash flow visibility, budgeting, and project performance management.
• Support change initiatives in a global manufacturing environment by providing strategic insights, generating reports, and following up on actions.
• Supervise indirect purchasing processes via internal systems such as Coupa, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
• Coordinate internal control activities and ensure accurate depreciation and asset valuation.
