Job summary

Basic-Fit International B.V. is seeking a seasoned Facilities Category Lead to define and execute category strategies across Facilities spend.

You will lead end-to-end sourcing, manage supplier relationships, and drive value through cost optimization and risk management. Reporting to the Global Head of Procurement, you will partner with Operations, Finance and Legal across Europe and work in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, or Category Management.
• Proven track record delivering value through category strategies, sourcing, and supplier management.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills—without direct authority.
• Hands-on, results-driven, in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement category strategies for Facilities in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing projects and RFx processes for Facilities categories.
• Negotiate with suppliers and support contract finalization with Legal and business teams.
• Manage supplier relationships and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with Operations, Property, Finance and Legal to ensure early procurement involvement.
